These products will be checked and tested with regards to function.

Major points:The Final Random Inspection is based on the working instruction provided by client to ensure the production lots at a quality level is as per client ‘sexpectation. It is carried out when mass production is finished for at least 80%. Sample size for the PDI will be based on the sampling plan specified by client. All samples will be verified at random whether the batch of products actually meets the specifications stipulated by the client and checked for appearance, function check and hi-pot test. For other tests, the samples will be drawn according to Special Inspection Levels (S-Levels) and the AQL will be set by client
